I'm tell you now, Kilgore fans do not want to go back to Rose Stadium. Much rather go to SFA or the Star, hell even Houston

#1 Chapel Hill (6-0)(2-0) @ Lindale (3-4)(2-1)

Until some one beats them, still their district. Now, do I believe Kilgore beats them this year? Absolutely.. -
We were one fumble away from beating CH last year, absolutely heart breaking. Seeing the faces on those guys. Hopefully Kilgore can get back to that point and capitalize.

In my opinion Chapel Hill is still top dog in the district until someone knocks them off. Regardless of their #1 state ranking. They have earned it... -
No, he was the back up QB last year and played a little slot WR.

The QB came from Kilgore, is this a trick question?

He has another son on Varsity as well #41 he's a sophomore, but he will be pretty good.

He plays both ways. Son of Nick Sanders (also DB coach for Kilgore) he has a few D1 offers

I was told about 3-4 years ago that this would be Overtons year, this year. I kinda side eyed but I guess I was wrong. As a former Stang I'm ecstatic to see them playing well.

Hallsville for a very long time had alot of talent on the sidelines and refused to play said talent. Not talking about the current coach or his staff, but it definitely happen in years past.

I think this will be high scoring something like 56-48. I wouldn't be too surprised if Lindale pulls an upset. -
When I saw him in the first scrimmage against PG, my exact words were. "He should be on Varsity" he scored everytime he touched the ball.

Lindale was basically going against a 3 man front the entire game, so if 5 Linemen can't block 3 on a QB power then it would be a long season. Kilgore has different defensive packages. Apparently, they felt they didn't need to get out of their base defense, worked out just fine.

Kilgore DLine has all new starters. From L-R they go Jr - Soph - Jr. Only one backup is a Senior I believe, the others are Soph and Jr's. They did just fine, #90 for Kilgore had a heck of game. Big Cam #84 is Peyton younger brother a Soph.

Week 7: Kilgore Cannot Afford To Look Past Lindale

Indeed. I just hope they don't come out flat. Lol
-
They'll be calling for a new coach soon enough.

I know I shouldn't say this but I am. I could be wrong big time, and a little me thinks it's a possibility. But I don't see Kilgore letting off the gas. I think they win big.

Just so the debate could end Give me Carthage and Longview
-
Absolutely none...smh

It's the game of the week for KLTV, I do believe.
-
Should be a good one. But the Kilgore defense is has been pretty strong. And, Kilgore definitely has a four headed monster at the running back position ( 2- SRs, 1- Soph, and 1 - Fresh) The Freshman reminds me alot of Stewart from Chapel Hill, he will definitely be worth watching the next 3 years.
-
Should be a good one.
