HAHA! I could honestly see either team winning this game, but rooting for PG since they took us down. Going to be a defensive slugfest and I can wait to watch it!

Surprised there hasn’t been a little more talk about the PG front 7. Those boys are big and stout. I think they will be the key to this game. PG-21 WOS-17

After seeing PG beat us and watching Kennedale play last night, I think PG would beat Kennedale by 2 TD’s. PG defense is just that good. Good luck to WOS and PG. Should be a slugfest!

Must have to do with watching the film rather than seeing it live because PG’s speed didn’t impress me either if I am being honest. Very good team, but they didn’t look much faster than our skill kids

Haha! I had to miss a couple of road games this year and listen on radio to the Graham feed. Had to start drinking after the first possession just to get thru it.

Haven’t heard of any stream online but you can get the radio call from the Graham homers online. HAHA! I will tell you that they are pretty hard to listen to. #71 on Graham’s D line is also very good. Probably the strongest kid on the team. Not very big but has a high motor!

Have to agree. While I will be rooting for my hometown, I know it will be a tall task to take out PG. We can throw out all the stats, records, and schedules we want but at the end of the day this game will be played by a bunch of 15-18 year old kids.

Think we will show up anyway and see if we can get “lucky.”

Add 21, 9, 10, 12, and 15 to your list of Graham’s weapons. 21 missed most of the year with injuries. He is a playmaker. Can’t wait for this one. It will be a war!

This is why it’s hard to take some of you guys serious. Beating that chest and predicting blowouts when you don’t even have a clue who we have played. I have seen the film and know PG is legit. It will take our best effort to get a W Thursday. Graham’s offense is plenty stout and has played some very good defenses. I would say that Stephenville had the best D with Sweetwater being a close second. Our secondary is not as good as years past, but our run D is plenty good. I think our boys will be up to the task and this will be a knock down drag out!

Think this will be a great game. Graham’s run defense should be up for the challenge. The only thing I find a little funny is the PG faithful beating their chest like they have the playoff history of Gilmer or Carthage!

Ville takes this one by 21. Their offense is a well oiled machine! I would go out on a limb and even say they would have a darn good shot at winning 4a if they were still in it!

You are correct. Best I remember Graham wasn't givin much of a chance in that one either.

I don't have a problem with that, but you will see a ton of heart from this Graham team Friday night that is on a mission. They haven't been given much of a chance all season, but just keep plugging away and have beat some darn good teams along the way. I think alot of people are going to be in shock when this team hits the field Friday and shows how good they are.

As much as I would like to see Graham open this game up and win by 14 or so, I just don't see it happening. Gilmer is very good, and it will take our best defensive effort to get a win. I do believe we can do that from the film that I have seen though. We will need to score often and early and take care of the ball. This will no doubt be a battle. I am taking Graham by 1!

Well I'll be darn. Finally some good football talk from you boys. I was beginning to think that all you guys did was post pictures of your girlfriends and boyfriends on this site. I think your last paragraph will be the key to this game for both teams. Graham is a very disciplined team on both sides of the ball. Our key will be for us to contain the speed of Gilmer. If we do that and light them up early, I like our chances. Our offense will score points, I promise ya!

Your correct on most of this info. Our boys are not huge by any means, but they are very quick and swarm to the ball with gang tackles. There are several players that you will see play both ways, but they get their breaks when needed. Graham is not a 1 man show. We have many different weapons that can move the chains just like Gilmer. The secondary is one of the best we have had in a long time. They tackle very well and have 25 INT's on the year and returned a bunch for TD's.
