Well said, Carthage could probably make the playoffs as a 4a in some districts but Aledo or Lamarque would just be out of their league.

If you dont think Lamarque would be in the playoffs late in the season in 3a then you're crazy. They return their Qb, Rb and almost the rest of their team that just went to state.

Yes, my point was that just because you go to a bowl game doesnt mean youre making money. Some do some don't. But I dont think Texas is upset about not making money from a bowl game. Whats sad is that some schools come out that far behind by making a bowl game.

You don't really believe this. UT has one down year and ATM has one pretty good(by ATM standards) year, and automatically aggy fans think they own Texas in football forever. Losing Colt would hurt any team especially when the new qb is an inexperienced sophomore.
