Idk about the pitt concession stand but I thought I'd tell you guys what my HS use to do. I think they still do it this way, I'm not sure. There is one big concession stand that has a fence between the home and visitor side on the outside of the building. Band boosters work Thursdays and Athletic boosters work Friday games one year and they swap the next year, so athletic boosters work Thursday, etc...It alternates every year...Both organizations keep what they earn each night and whichever organization has Fridays is in charge of stocking the stand. Since it alternates every year, it works out pretty well IMO.

Yeah, Arklatex kinda put a damper on Boothill but I guess that was expected...They have big races now and then but that's all. That's what they're sayin on Hooksrpm.com, though. I hope it's true and not just another rumor, you know how those things go...

Have you guys heard that Doug Ingalls Jr. is opening Boothill back up? I'm really excited about that...I respect him a lot and Boothill's always been like home to me. Can't WAIT!

With all due respect, but even when the largest, highest paying race is on the line with just a few hundred yards left? However, if the wreck had happened in the middle of 3 and 4 or earlier, I'm all for throwing the flag! But not when it was as close as it was to the finish and the magnitude of the race on the line. I agree. A caution wouldn't have changed anything because the wreck was already developing and it was too late for anyone to slow down anyway...although I'm pretty sure they all tried. The only thing that would have changed is the finishing order and I agree that the Daytona 500 shouldn't end under caution...I don't like to see any race end under caution, actually. Most of the tracks that I go to don't throw a caution on the last lap just because it's all over by then...If you're gonna go through it, you just are...too late to try to avoid anything then!

I agree. Wasn't that guy's name Tommy? He was my favorite throughout all the auditions. Oh well. I like Brandon and the kid whose sister was with him now...

I hope you didn't keep playing if it wasn't on...talk about being out of tune...bout a half step off lol...Did anyone see the kid at area marching contest who's sousaphone bell fell off? he carried it for the rest of the show...he was so upset but i thought it was great that he pulled himself together and finished!

I don't think there is a main one...They're equally important...though many band directors don't see it that way..Coaches too for that matter haha
