Congratulations go out to the Grapeland Sandiettes! In their district opener the Sandiettes upset Lovelady tonight 47-46. Great job!!! Also, the boys knock off #14 Normangee in Normangee by 4! SPND 212

Congratulations to Ruston Boyd, senior at Grapeland High School, for capturing the gold medal at the UIL 1A State Golf Championships in Austin. Ruston shot a 77 in the rain Monday and followed up Tuesday with a 74. Sophomore Ashley Brown also placed in the top 20 on the girls' side. Good job to both, way to shine bright on the big stage!
