  1. Most times the so called random testing is done on kids they know will pass. There are ones that everyone knows would fail, but for some reason they are never chosen for the random drug tests. I have seen the same one get chosen for 12 "random" drug tests in their high school career. 3 a year for 4 years
  2. Remember the people of Marshall were tryintg to run Parker out of town after his first couple of years until a certain coach here talked him into staying. Look what happened after he stayed. The people and fans don't always know what is best and should happen.
  3. Heard the announcers say Mannings performance today was very un Peyton like. Seems like they have been saying that for three weeks now.
  4. I know when I played baseball and when I coached my daughter's softball team that was part of the game. Trying to figure out the other teams pitching signals. If it happened you would know it pretty quickly and make changes as needed. I am sure the Marshall coaches didn't figure out at halftime that this had been done, they knew probably in the first quarter. If they waited till halftime to make adjustments as usual, that is their fault.
  5. The Marshall faithful are down on the management of talent of this Mavs squad (and rightfully so). The above statement was made by you in an earlier post. It might cause a change in the managemant aspect of the team. Don't know if that would be good or not, but most of the Mav fans seem to think something needs to be done there.
  6. Would it be better for the Marshall program win or lose next week against Pine Tree? Not just talking about making the playoffs or not, asking if in the long run, next year and later if losing and not making the playoffs would and could be better for the team, down the road to improvement.
  7. I remember in 1983 making a $100 bet with a coworker on the the Daingerfield/Queen City game and giving up 75 points with a side bet of $20 that if QC scored any points he would win both bets.

David Warren from Jonh Tyler 9. Jessie Armstead from Dallas Carter 10. Odell Beckham from Marshall 11. Justin Jones from Marshall 12. Paul Butler from Jefferson 13. Ryan Mallet from Texas High 14. Matthew Stafford from Highland Park 15. Graham Harrell from Ennis 16. Billy Simms from Hooks
  9. Notice , he said nothing was stolen off the buses, not that the buses weren't broken into. Could be that they left anything of value at home so there was nothing to steal.
  10. Longview figured out what they need to do to beat Lake Travis last year and this year they are successful. Longview 28 Lake Travis 27
  11. Can't complain about the second million yet, you haven't gave me the first one yet. But you're right I'ld probably complain. Also, I apologize for not putting lol at the end of my previous post for sarcasism and that way you wouldn't have gotten so defensive about a issue so controversial in your opinion. I'm glad they did.
  12. I think the ref that put the second back on the clock should have been named player of the game.
