Good win for White Oak, needed to play a close game in district

I'm confused on whether its at halftime or in the 4th quarter?

Sabine played good again last night and is just better than West Rusk. The talk after the game from Raider fans was that they had a player that would start basketball today so they would be better the next time we play. I don't know what that says about the coach or program though, when you let a guy come out for basketball after district has started.

Does anyone have the schedule of today's games and the results from last night?

It's going to be an interesting game between West Rusk and Arp. I might have to make this one, if it's as good as the football battle.

I have to go with Arp. Their athletes are amazing. I'm assuming they were overlooking mildred and will rebound this week. Is this the KLTV game of the week? It should be. Great Rivalry!

Justin Johnson is a BEAST! I expect Tatum to play better in the 2nd half, but I don't see either teams defense stopping the others offense for too long. This one could be to far out of reach at this point. I would not be surprised if the final ended up 70-56.

I expect troup to play better this week and make a statement for the district. Riddle will carry the team with several TD's. Expect this one to get ugly fast.

West Rusk by 3 TD's. Of course that depends on if they have an O-line.

I wouldn't say that EF's corners shut down johnson. It was more like a corner, safety and linebacker. 3 players surrounded him all night.

I expect west rusk to win a few more games this year, but this district is going to be brutal. They have an athletic group of seniors led by morton (qb) and williams (rb), but the well will be running dry again after this year. They will be losing a lot of players that will be hard to replace.

All I know is that the season should be great. Good luck to all the teams. I can't wait to watch some of these D1 athletes in a 2A district.

West Rusk playing for 3rd? That's a joke right? The only West Rusk team that I know got beat at the end of the year by tatum 76-0 and arp 69-6 after the mercy rules were put into effect.
