New basketball coach has been there less than two months and he has had 3 AD"s.

I believe the same can be said for basketball.

Every young coach needs to spend at least 2 years in an A or AA program when they start coaching. I know it is impossible, but it sure would help.

You just said it, parents are to blame. Kids today are just like the kids of yesteryear, they will do what they can get by with and today they are allowed to get by with most anything.

Kids are no different than they have ever been, parents have changed and this is the root of the problem.

If you are average and you were able to keep up with David Wesley I assume you ha were able to have a pro career as long as he had.

Must have an AD that wants to win in all sports.
