  1. This was by no means a small group of people that were acting out last night. At least half of the Baylor fans were completely out of control last night and a whole lot more were on the verge of getting there. At the point in the game where the second Baylor fan threw the ball onto the court, all the people around them knew that they didn't do it yet they decided to all (2 sections of the arena which is a pretty big chunk of people) be immature and point at them anyways. Then Mr. Lawyer dude who is supposed to be some well respected guy in the community decides that he's gonna jump in and represent the alumni and start making a fool of himself yelling and spitting in the 2 Aggie's faces when he didn't even see it happen. It was completely uncalled for. Then over half of the arena started chanting Bullsh**, and it could have even been more but i couldn't hear that well cause I was on the side yelling and they were so loud. Then after the game you have people chunking their trash onto the floor and people all over the place trying to start fights with the Aggie fans. We all had to walk out of there together so that we could make sure that people didn't try to start stuff with us again leaving the arena and in the parking lot. That being said it also definitely wasn't everyone, but it was a definite majority of the Baylor fans.
  2. ok so first off if you weren't at the game you can't even begin to talk about class. no matter how much i talk about it i won't be able to describe to you have bad it was there . secondly, we may have made up only 5% of the crowd, but that being said nothing like this happened at Reed Arena to any degree. The Aggies didn't go crazy trying to start fights with Baylor students. We cheered for our team and didn't try to pick fights with Baylor students or start throwing trash and other objects on the floor(then blame the other school for it). And even if it were true, which it wasn't cause i know from seeing it first hand, the students still kept throwing trash onto the floor. In no way can you say that they were classy and quite frankly you have no basis for your argument. it sounds to me like you are searching for some way to complain about losing just like the Baylor fans from the game which doesn't make you any better than them.
  3. ok so if you don't know what you are talking about then don't say anything. I was at the game and there is no way whatsoever that you can call the A&M fans classless. The Baylor fans were completely out of control the entire second half. All they do is complain when the ref makes a good call on the court and it doesn't go their way. Both balls that were thrown on the court were thrown by Baylor fans. I know cause I saw both of them. The person who posted in that forum about the girl who said that she thought that it was the A&M section threw the ball so just pointed at them was right. They just happened to be the only Aggies in that section so of course being the completely classless fans that Baylor fans are, they all start pointing at them and saying they did it even though they all saw with about half of the place that someone from behind them actually threw the ball. Honestly Baylor has some of the worst fans I've ever seen. Its one thing to root and yell for your team and to back your team up and get mad about a call, but when you start chanting "BULL****" and "Aggies ####" and "I hate Aggies", thats completely classless and going to far. Not to mention the fact that I had 3 people who tried to pick a fight with me after the game inside the arena cause they can't handle themselves. Learn how to have a good fun game without embarrassing your school which just happens to be a "Christian University".
  4. I know this game doesn't mean anything in the playoff race but for PT this is for turning the program around and trying to prove that they aren't the doormat of the district anymore and for Hallsville this game is for pride and trying to get a district win this season. PT has the momentum coming into the game but both teams usually come ready to play each other no matter what their record has been. I have PT by a touchdown or maybe 10 points in a close game.
  5. The game was at Pine Tree which meant that it was senior night for them and they were the ones who might have been distracted.
  6. Pine Tree will probly look into rebuilding the stands in their stadium eventually but don't look for the visitors side to get too much bigger. I could be wrong but i believe that there could be some problems with zoning on the visitors side which would mean that even if they did rebuild they would probly not be able to increase the visitors side by very much. And i don't think they will build in a new place because they already have a nice turf field that cost a lot of money and it would be a complete waste of that to move.
  7. The reason that the Pine Tree visitor side is so small is because they are landlocked and there are also some zoning issues
  8. so who all is still in and who is out?
  9. I personally enjoyed playing at Jville's football stadium. It may be small but the field was decent and the atmosphere was nice.
  10. Nothing against PT or anything just saying that I heard that they weren't doing as well as normal.
  11. I heard PT isn't doing all that good this season
  12. PT "blew their own horn" in no way last year. They didn't get on here and talk #### about how they were gonna blow everyone else out. All that was said about them was that they had a bunch of talent and a lot of that was coming from people not in PT because they had seen those guys play. It was EVERYONE who picked PT to come out one top, not just PT. But speaking for this year, they now have a coach who will discipline his team and actually get them ready to play so look for them to be good this year, but I can't really say how they will stack up against the other teams.
  13. The guy from Marshall was very good. He treated the visiting team just like the Mavericks and did a very good job.
