Henderson Coach doesn't have a problem playing younger girls, we have had 2 on there all season, 3 when Lacy was here, she also played on JV for tournaments. You earn your spot, doesn't matter what grade level you are! Lacy is a good ball player, and a very sweet young lady, we hated to see her leave, she would have been an asset to us all the way to the end!! Keep up the good work Lacy and we still love ya in Henderson!!! :thumbsup:

I think Hallsville and Whitehouse are both very strong teams, but like someone said in an earlier post, any team can have an off day. I do want to add "Good luck to Hallsville, Whitehouse and Marshall in district playoffs, represent us with all you have as i know you will!!

i was wrong...the three playoff teams have been decided...they are hallsville, whitehouse and marshall...not sure which order....henderson was eliminated when hallsville got beat saturday and that's ashamed beecause the henderson seniors deserved to go to the playoffs in something Dang i hate that, well you can't say Henderson didn't try and they did a great job this season~ way to go ladies! but don't give up now, go ahead and win your last 2 games!!!! Ya'll have really come a long way since last year, I'm proud to say I'm a HENDERSON LADY LION FAN and MOM~!~:thumbsup:

anyone know the standings for 12-4a?

were there any make up games today? like Marshall, Hallsville, Pine Tree or Whitehouse? if not when will these teams make up for Friday night?

Not scared at all to name our coach.. .Julie Lawrence.. she has really done a great job along with the rest of the coaching staff! the post was who is the best coach, i'm sure she may not be the best, but if it works don't fix it, and she is working great for us!!

i can say that i am extremely happy with our new coach in Henderson, she has helped our girls in lots of ways, not only on the field but in every day life. We have won more games right now than we did the whole season last year! All of our softball coaching staff is 4 star in my opinion. I like to see the girls having fun, getting along, playing hard, learning from their mistakes just lots of great improvements from last year. keep up the good work Henderson!

henderson defeated kilgore 9-1 and hendersons freshman kelli parton struck out shelby savony twice.. what a accomplishment for a freshman to strike out a awesome hitter like shelby.. good job lady lions!!
