Troup can't make an official offer, by state law, until Tuesday July 24. That is less than two weeks before the first workout. How is taking the Troup job, two weeks before the season, in the midst of a tsunami of civil unrest, a better deal than Coach Alexander has at Harleton?

Every allegation was fully investigated and found to be false. It should gave been over. But it obviously isn't. People continue to throw mud. That effects children. I understand that a coach's children will here people disagreeing with play calling, etc. But it is NOT ok for them to hear horrible, hateful accusations of immoral or unethical behavior, especially when the allegations are totally false. The Griffins are strong adults grounded in faith. Why would they subject their children to the venom spewed by vipers?

The morals in question are the morals of those that made up and spread all false allegations against coach, his staff, and the administration. The knife in Chuck's back has fingerprints.

Sandman is right. Troup has had better summer participation than most of the 3A and 4A schools in the area. That tells you that the kids are fully bought into the program. They do love all of those coaches and bust their humps to make themselves better

The only "problem" this family ever had was moving to Troup and getting caught up in the politics of this place. I assure you this family is strong and will remain strong!
