  1. They were referring to C.U. trying to throw the ball and going three and out on a couple of series
  2. During the TT vs C.U game on Saturday, while commenting on the C.U . play calls during the 4th quarter, one announcer said that it reminded him of aggie coaching. I thought that was a classless and uncalled for statement. What is your opinion?
  3. I wish I had a dollar for every time I have heard that one
  4. I graduated from ATM in 1990. I have been there through the good and the bad. I have a lot of friends who attended tu or UT. With them and with most of The Texas grads I have come across it has always been a friendly rivalry. I want ATM to win, but of I also have a respect for UT, and 99 percent of the UT grads I have come across treat the rivalry the same way. I also know you can be a good fan without attending either university. But it seems to me the most obnoxius fans on both sides are the ones who did not attend either one of the universities. As a former student of Texas A and M University, it upsets me when someone comes on this board as an ATM supporter and runs their mouth, to the extent it is done by some. Part of being a supporter of your university is having pride, showing class, and showing respect for other universities. I love the aggies deep down to my core, and because of that, I would never to anything that would shed a negative light on my university.
  5. ATM 10 penalties for 91 yards UT 3 penalties for 26 yards
  6. That is exactly what a lot of coaches would have done. Part of the playoff experience is getting to the school early in the morning and taking that bus ride. It gets the kids excited. During the year it is all about routine. When you make the playoffs it is all about doing something new and exciting.
  7. So if you take the Aggies 3 losses, divided by the square root of 5 total points you lost by, subtracted by the 2 losses Texas has multiplied by the cosine of 20 total losing points and you come up with the Aggies still have 3 losses. The It doesn't matter how many you lose by. A loss is a loss. Just like KSU beating Texas. Texas could've done this, that or something else to beat KSU, but they didn't and they lost. A&M could've done things differently, but they lost. There is no reason in trying to rationalize a loss. Take 'em on the chin and go with what you got. Horn's and Aggies 11/23. I'm ready......are you? Please forgive us lowly Aggies. We sometimes forget that only tu fans have the right to: 1) rationalize a loss 2) talk about their teams wins an losses ( what could have been) 3) have pride in their university. 4) etc., etc.
  8. Never seen anyone lose during their bye week.
  9. From I undertstand Coach Castles did try to schedule Whitehouse. He offered 3 different dates. However Whitehouse wanted to play on Thursday of 0 week, and Chapel Hill did not want to play on Thursday.
  10. I was wathcing our 8th grade on night. Our frees safety was playing in his first ever football game. He however was supposed to be a soccer super star. The other team throws deep and he is perfect position for the interception. He goes up to play the ball, hands down by his side and executes one of the prettiest headers you have ever seen. Luckily we had it on film so we could watch it the next day.
  11. Last year I watched daning with the stars with my wife. I guess I could really say I wathced Stacy Keibler. This year my wife ecpects me to be excited and watch. Springers partner is he only thing close to Keibler. So please help me out.
