Elysian Fields Cross Country Meet / September 14, 2013 After a successful inaugural meet last year, Elysian Fields High School will be hosting its 2nd annual Cross Country meet on Saturday September 14, 2013 . Divisions: J.H. Girls 2 miles J.H. Boys 2 miles H.S. Girls 2 miles H.S. Boys 2 miles Races will start at 8:30 with rolling starts following the first race. We will have a One Mile fun run for boys and girls k-6th starting at 8:00. There are no junior varsity divisions. This meet is a flat and fast early season 2 miler (even for boys), with awesome visibility of start and finish for spectators.....nice wide jeep trails in woods for a lot of the race, plenty of restrooms, plentiful parking, and concession stands right by the start and finish area. Sportspectrum Race Management Group out of Shreveport will again be in charge of timing and results, which are posted on-line later as well.
