cheaptrick77
(excluding live LPs and compilations) 1. Toys In The Attic 2. Rocks 3. Draw The Line 4. Get Your Wings 5. Night In The Ruts BTW -- my pick for their most underrated LP -- Done With Mirrors. The same guys who told us to "get your wings, "walk this way" & "draw the line" can't be the same guys who told us to "just push play", can they?????????? These guys used to be my favorite band, but I have yet to forgive them for appearing on stage with 'NSync, Britney Spears, Mary J. Blige and Nelly during the Super Bowl XXXV halftime show. INEXCUSABLE! I cried like a little baby when I saw that. It was like finding out there was no Santa Claus! Still, their pre-1990 material is just too good to ignore. Last week I actually listened to Toys In The Attic for the first time in two years & remembered why I fell in love with them in the first place (platonically speaking, of course!). chase.colston
Everytime that i look in the mirror All these lines on my face gettin' clearer The past is gone It went by like dust to dawn Isn't that the way Everybody's got their dues in life to pay I know what nobody knows Where it comes and where it goes I know it's everybody's sin You got to lose to know how to win Half my life is in books' written pages Live and learn from fools and from sages You know it's true All the things come back to you Sing with me, sing for the years Sing for the laughter, sing for the tears Sing with me, if it's just for today Maybe tomorrow the good lord will take you away Dream on, dream on Dream yourself a dream come true Dream on, dream on Dream until your dream come true Dream on, dream on, dream on... Sing with me, sing for the years Sing for the laughter and sing for the tears Sing with me, if it's just for today Maybe tomorrow the good lord will take you away The greatest Aerosmith song...'nuff said. tdsteele
CheapTrick, I prefer Rocks first and then Toys but asking me to rank any album is a waste of time. I like em all!
et_football
Definetly Toys in the Attic. I was a teenager when "Pump" was released, I had never heard of Aerosmith at that point. Not long after that, I went out and bought Toys in the Attic and it is still one of my favorite rock n roll albums to this day.
