WhitehouseWildcats2010
Does anyone actually care about the plot of The Expendables? I just want to see it for all the 'splosions and such that makes your voice deeper and causes your facial hair to grow in thicker after watching it. i know right? after that movie, you have a giant manly lumberjack beard. helen07
I'm dying to see the movie "Angel". it is very strange that Angel's husband and her companion-cum-amanuensis are brother and sister, and Ozon is right to want to amplify and clarify how dysfunctional and plain weird that is. But his insistence on a bisexual dimension is unsubtle. And he insists on tying up a plot strand that Taylor had deliberately left untied.
HighRollin8s
Man...you have got to go to the $5 bin at Wal-Mart and get a copy of True Grit....John Wayne won his only Oscar as Rooster Cogburn..... http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0065126/ ....and I found the remake. Looks like it will be a good one.... http://www.moviefone.com/movie/true-grit/1430122/main?flv=1 I saw your comment on that and my first thought was that's like trying to get Ricky Martin to play and sing like Elvis! But it looked like a really good trailer so I hope it's going to be really good! It seems like they are going to do it in the style of Cold Mountain which was really good as well! Also, I wouldn't die for it but I'd do something worse. Give up one of my manly valuables for someone to get a Superman movie right again! How hard can it be? DC has done the animated versions and they've all been really good. Well Superman/Doomsday wasn't right but it wasn't bad.

camuchs
Bernie - Can't wait to see how Jack Black portrays our local murdering church choir directing undertaker and Shirley Maclaine as his rich widow victim - "weezer in the freezer". A dark comedy based on a local true story. Some locals have been cast as extras - they were going for the "toothless" hillbilly type and I still have all of my teeth. :w00t:
cheaptrick77
^ has filming begun in Carthage? I may have to venture eastward to see the circus coming to town! :w00t:
camuchs
^ Not that I know of - the casting call was about a month ago. Jack Black looks nothing like Bernie so I am anxious to see how he pulls it off. I'm curious who will play the sheriff and DA. I'll let you know if I hear they are shooting any scenes locally. It's gonna be a hoot.
