kramer
In a 1A Regional Track meet. 3200m run. Someone lost count and the student athletes ran 9 laps instead of 8. Big mistake but once again it happens unfortunately. The officials at that track meet weren't perfect either. The athletes are getting to run the 3200m run today to make it fair to all involved. Good luck to those individuals. Seriously, there is no excuse for being almost 2 hours behind schedule in any track meet. You have kids that warm up in the heat too long expecting their race to be sooner than later. And the 3200 meter blunder is uncalled for. How hard is it to keep up with the laps? I know mistakes happen but at this point and at this stage of the season it's unacceptable!
