Hard to think that Tyler Lee lost to Kilgore, they were also very physical, and a much tougher opponent as far as ball handling and speed. Proud of our boys for their showing, we did not win, but two of our games were very respectable woth repsect to last year. Much improvement by the Hawks. Looking forward to Pine Tree Tournament next week. As far as the talent and games played everyone was a good game. I was very impressed with Pittsburg and Pleasant Grove. I didnt expect Red Oak to rebound from losing key players last year, but they did. I really dont think that one team in the tournament stood out as the best team in the tournament. TBH. Lookin forward to seeing how each team plays out this season. Last year all four finalist teams went very far in the playoffs. As far as Kilgore losing to Red Oak, it was like watching a team that played well in the morning and one that the alarm clock hadnt gone off. Kilgore is a better team than they played like that day.
