Pleasant Grove has played THS Lady Tigers at Grimm Park, and after a scoreless match, won 4-2 in PKs. The Lady Hawks have won twice in Mount Pleasant, 1-0 , and 2-0. Texas High was reported to have defeated Mt Pleasant 1-0. Pleasant Grove has 4 wins, plus a shootout win. 14 points Texas High has played only three matches so far, and have 2 wins and a SOL. 8 points Mount Pleasant has one win and three losses. 3 points. Liberty Eylau has four losses. 0 points. Mount Pleasant takes on THS tonight.in Texarkana. LE has THS coming to thier house on their school website, not sure what is up there. Lady Hawks are off tonight, they take on THS Friday. If PG wins, it could pretty much clinch the top spot. Not bad for a team with no Seniors playing... I assume its 3 points for a win, 2 for SO win & 1 for SO loss If I am correct PG 11 THS 10 MP 3 LE. 0 Top 3 are very competitive with each other. futfan Posted February 27, 2013 Author Share Posted February 27, 2013 If what I saw in the schedules is correct, and the Lady Hawks have 4 wins (4*3=12) +2 for the Shootout win would be 14. Hawks and (THS) Lady Tigers still have two district matches against each other, it is still to be decided. I guess with Last night's overtime win, the adjusted scores / standings would be PG 14 THS 10 MP 4 LE 0 Maybe I have the actual games played wrong. If someone has all the results, I stand corrected. I was under the belief that if PG was off and Texas High played they would have played same number of games. bordertown Posted March 23, 2013 Share Posted March 23, 2013 Weeks results Tuesday Texas High over LE PG over MP Friday PG 3 THS 2 (SO) Assuming MP over LE the unofficial standings are THS. 7-0-0-2 = 23 PG 6-1-2-0= 22 MP. 3-6-0-0= 18 LE. 0-9-0-0 = 0 Based on 3 pts for win in regulation or overtime, 2pts for Shootout win, & 1 point for Shootout loss. futfan Posted April 8, 2013 Author Share Posted April 8, 2013 COngrats to the THS Lady Tigers, got the first playoff win in school's history, and took it to Mabank with an early lead, only to let by the winning goal with 7 minutes left in 2nd OT.
