Chisox trade Rios and $1 million dollars to the Rangers for a player to be named later or cash. Looks like Leury Garcia will be the player. Rios is hitting .277/12/55.

Good job JD & company. If we had traded for him at the July deadline, the price would have been steep. This way we either hand them some cash back out of the $1 million they give us, or give them Garcia, who was blocked from playing here by the infielders we have signed long term. Good luck, Leury.

Well his debut sure went well. High fives to the Rangers front office for a very smart pick up in the wake of the Cruz suspension.

I don't think Wash stopped being a manager.........still a lot goes in under him, but yes he needs to keep it simple.
