He built Ga Tech from being a bottom dweller to respectable, and now UCF to much of the same. Although they are in a weak conference, look for them to get better and better. Dead on... one overlooks O'Leary to their own peril. Were it not for the resume scandal a few years back, he'd likely have built ND into a perennial powerhouse by now. I'd say they were pretty good. Oh so now the Big East (or whatever it's called now) is legit? Cause that was your pathetic attempt at damage control when A&M beat the ACC runner up in the highest rated non BCS game in like 15 years. Obviously yes... although the wins may not show it this year, and their defense was among the worst in the country, they are putting together some very good recruiting classes that could bring some big wins to B/CS in the near future. Will Texas rebound? Texas is closer than most people outside of Texas want to admit. The QB position and a clueless defensive coordinator in the early part of the year killed the Longhorns. I wish the two would have happened together, but they did not. A new head coach with assistants can do wonders for a program - see ATM. Will Baylor always be Baylor? Tough to say. It won't happen if Briles can't get in some top defensive front seven players. Can OU beat Alabama? He's not called Big Name Bob for nothing (sarcasm). The QB position is hurting OU as well. Of course they have been spoiled over the years at that position. Any other questions? I don't mind giving common sense answers even though I'm a UT Longhorn.... Hook 'em Horns! No one in the Big 12 wanted to play A&M. The Cotton Bowl Selection Committee made a huge mistake selecting A&M. As any Big 12 team would have done - OU refused to play A&M. Not according to the current standings. I do agree that the ACC is up only because of Duke and Fl. State. Big 12 will be up in two years foe sure because the QB play will be really high. Only thing is, Petty will have just graduated, but Baylor will throw another QB in there who will put up numbers. Clemson is another good ACC team though.
