DaveTV1
I should vote for Gary Johnson. Romney is going to win Texas regardless. I wish Johnson had a chance in the election even with his stance on the legalization of marijuana. I could put up with that one issue than the many issues I have with President Obama and Mitt Romney. It would be a protest vote, but I'm not seeing myself as a true blue Republican anymore. My party has changed in the past 30 years, and to say it hasn't would be a lie. I think it's sad that the Democrat Party has turned into the Socialist Democrat Party and the Republican Party has turned into the Democrat Party. KirtFalcon
The RoBamaNey brothers don't comprehend what it means that Johnson is more fiscally and Constitutionally coherent than the brothers will ever be. Neither do most people that claim to be "conservative". Â Â You pot heads crack me up.

He was on Hannity a few weeks ago and said he was on the beginning of an "agressive" diet that mainly surround around food intake. Wild74
I see him on bumper stickers from time to time but mostly he and his message of liberty are not forgotten.  I heard Ron was planning on taking up safe cracking since it seems he is the only one with the intestinal fortitude to dare question the Fed. He may have to crack some safes to get the total story what he Fed has been doing , who its cronies are and who calls the shots as to who gets what and who gets squat.  For now I think Ron is taking it easy on the beach sipping rum and eating coconuts resting up for Tampa.
96Bearkat
Pot Head Gary Johnson: Â "I really think that marijuana legalization is at a tipping point. Fifty percent of Americans now support legalizing marijuana. More people are talking about it than ever before. And the more people talk about it, the better the issue does because people understand that this drug problem is a Prohibition phenomenon. We tried this when it came to alcohol. Â "It's on the ballot right now in Colorado. Regulate marijuana like alcohol. I think that Colorado is going to pass that legislation. People get to vote on it. I really think that Colorado will be the first domino of 50 dominos to fall." Â Colorado has the right idea as it is a states right issue as defined by the constitution. 100% application of the 10th Amendment. This is a scenario where Republicans are not for the constitution. Wild74
Hemp should NOT be regulated. It is an agricultural product. Those that say tax marijuana will probably get their way. The reason for fighting federal control is simply based on unconstitutional jurisdiction. Its not about giving government more jurisdiction. The idea is to get government out of our lives. Take the illegal stigma off so people can implement hemp as a rotational crop good for rejuvenating otherwise over produced chemical ridden leached farm soil. Turn a field full of bull nettle into something useful with potential for putting honest $ in one's pocket. Â You say I can grow it like tomatoes and it not be taxed, what if I set up my stand on the road and sold my crop for cash, no credit cards or checks cash only. I'm good with that....but!!!!! I think the government is going to want their cut, probably a big cut, after all if they shut down kids lemonade stands they probably would not like my hemp stand.
camuchs
More the reason for incorporating hemp into the agricultural industry. Just keep Monsanto away. They ruined corn with GMO. Â If it were legal people would understand cultivating hemp is done much differently than how it is done in order to produce marijuana intoxication. It is crazy to think agricultural hemp will destroy the minds of millions of Americans. A person just as well smoke a cut of grapevine. Imagined stigmas is the problem with hemp being illegal. That and influencial people that are making tons of $ from hemp being illegal. Well the government bugged the men's room In the local disco lounge And all she wants to do is dance, dance To keep the boys from sellin All the weapons they could scrounge And all she wants to do is dance But that don't keep the boys from makin a buck or two And all she wants to do is dance, dance They still can sell the army All the drugs that they can do And all she wants to do is All she wants to do is dance
Wild74
As a hemp producer you will not be selling your crop on the side of the road. Try selling a joint from the roadside stand although it is now legal to grow for personal consumption and you go to jail. How's that? Personal consumption does not mean distribution, sale nor taxation of any kind. You will probably pay taxes on proceeds from hemp production. We are talking hundreds of thousands of $ to even begin this business. Â Once you become a hemp producer align with others intent in keeping government out of our livelihoods. The potential for useful products from hemp is almost endless. Â I agree my knees are killing me and might also help the Falcons neck loosen up also. DaveTV1
It sounds as if some of those in The Libertarian Party are some of the biggest whiners I have heard. If they had a candidate that could come out of the Tea Party and defeat Cruz, then they probably still wouldn't be happy. They are starting to sound like many from the LGBT organization. There are a small percentage of both in the population, and since they're not getting their "way" they're going to protest. In my opinion, either be a part of the solution, instead of adding to the problems.
