Ringside
Just a thought - Will any running back get more than 100 yards rushing in the first 10 games against the Waskom defense this year? If so, who will do it and why do you think so? I am thinking that if the gauntlet is laid, they will respond and nobody will.

Has not been held under 100 yards in his career. He will get over a hundred and probably more. Arp will have 2 backs get that hundred mark. Ringside
I will put forth a challenge to the Waskom D to stop Marcalas Johnson just as they did the Corrigan Camden running back last year. You heard it here first. He will not get his hundred that night JJ.
Wild74
I talked to the Waskom defensive coordinator about getting the record for the least points a Waskom team ever allowed. He didn't see breaking the record with the substituting of the starters and such. Waskom will be deeper this year but the size on defense will be small and fast. Big strong offense might be able to grind on us.
OLEMAN
With the Waskom O the D is just a place holder. Really a once in a life time team from a small town. Good luck boys

Eagle8
Johnson from Arp will go over 100 on you. If Center utilizes #44 in the backfield they'll go over 100. Hughes Springs RB could go for 100. Pewitt has a RB that'll prolly go over 100. Troup's Kincaid will prolly as well. It's just not that easy to keep run oriented teams out of the 100 yard mark these days. Bad question if you asked me. Or than again.....they could hold all under 100. That's why we play the game.

Ringside
Everybody knows Waskom is gonna be good again this yr but come on man this question is over the top bad! Of course it is man, but there isn't anything happening at this time. I really would not expect them to stop all runners below a hundred. They can allow 100 yards to a back and still win by who knows how many points? Or, they could lose early. Would not bother me at all to see Johnson from Arp get 100 if he gets it on backups. In reality, we all know it will be a much harder road for Waskom this year. No surprises this time.

Horns85
I wouldn't care if 16 teams got 200 yards rushing on us as long as we won the last game in December! Gotta stay focused on the overall goal, and not let little ones hinder you!
ChampsBreak
Who cares how many yards one guy has against ya. If you win. Might be a few guys get a 100 yards since you will be winning by so many

You heard it here first. He will not get his hundred that night JJ. you ovbiously have no clue what kinda talent Johnson is or the tough schedule Waskom Faces this year. It's not like last year's schedule. gonna be a great year for the waskom Wildcats or should be with the talent. But they are still gonna be in games this year with the strength of schedule they have increasing over last year's squad. Arp, PP, Center, Frankston, Troup, and heck West Rusk even is coming back into this season with a lot of returning players and a great coaching staff. Frankston didn't lose anyone, Arp didn't lose anyone, PP didn't lose anyone, Center will have a tremendous amount of size and depth pool against them. I'm just saying this year won't be exactly a cake walk. They'll be in ball games.

EastTexasFootballFan
I have no clue who PP runningback is, but thats a 100yard runningback and maybe 2 backs that night. I got a lot of respect for those young men. They are as physical as waskom is fast. Thats no disrespect to any other team we played. Just giving them guys some props. That is a mean herd of 🐂🐂🐂🐂🐂🐂 !!!! Haha
Tiger1995
I agree ETFF....very very tough kids. The way they played against us in the playoffs was heart moving. They literally layed it all on the line. One of those games were there was only a winner by points. Equals in victory and heart!

As I understand it MJ is good sized and ran a 4.42 40 in a combine this summer, compared to Waskom's KJ who ran a 4.39 the same day. Have never had the pleasure of watching Arp play a football game. Plan to change that this year. As far as the schedule, as a fan I would much rather watch competitive games compared to what I saw in some last year. PP may have the advantage, getting to play at home again. Hoping for no injuries in that one. Center??? Somebody who knows them can enlighten me there. GoBigBlue
Pewitt's QB not RB will go for over 100 against Arp. I don't know which other back will step up but it probably will be the FB who ever that is that game. We have a good stable of backs this year. Tiger1995
yall will probably go for 250 to 300 rushing against us PB. Always do.
OPC
I am sure Pewitt will rush for quite a few against Waskom. Should be a good game.
