bordertown Posted September 3, 2014 Share Posted September 3, 2014 This summer the Tiger tennis family gave the proper send off to John Watson who retired and welcomed their new coach Wade Sindard. My apologies to the Tigers for not reporting season to date record. Texas High is playing in quest of their 25th consecutive district championship. Texas High opened the season with wins over Keller 12-7 and Rockwall 16-3 before falling to Regional foe McKinney North 9-10. The following week they opened district thumping Pine Tree 19-0. Yesterday they faced arguably the biggest hurdle in repeating as district team champions and came out victorious against Longview 13-6..
