KildogDad
Did any PT fans think the referees were a little too involved in the game?

Aggie98
Final? 30-9 Kilgore.
Aggie98
It was a 10-9 ballgame with 4:30 left in the 4th.... Kilgore's Jaqorius Smith ripped off TD runs of 45, 65, and 75 yds on Kilgore's last 3 possessions. Â Smith finished with 293 rushing yds on the night. Batman123
New here but I'll pick out lottery numbers for anybody if you'd like me to. Â Just kidding. Had a big feeling Smith would go off tonight. Feed the beast with carries and the beast delivers.

Had a big feeling Smith would go off tonight. Feed the beast with carries and the beast delivers. Lol. 293 yds is pretty impressive considering he only had 40 yds on 10 carries at halftime. This was Jaqorius's 2nd best game of his career and I've got it at #5 on Kilgore's single-game rushing record list since I've lived here (2003)..... Â 1. Frank Reddic, Jr., 363 yds against Marshall, 2008 Â 2. LaDarius Anthony, 345 yds against Palestine, 2009 Â 3. Frank Reddic, Jr., 334 yds against Whitehouse, 2008 Â 4. Jaqorius Smith, 300 yds against Corpus Christi - Flour Bluff, 2014 Â 5. Jaqorius Smith, 293 yds against Pine Tree, 2015 Â 6. Keith Gilliam, 291 yds against Lamarque, 2004
Youngcoach123
Probably had more to do with its pine tree and being week three and having a lead Is to why more carries.

23-7 probably should have been the final score with Kilgore running Smith up the middle, but if Pirates don't tackle, Bulldogs score.
TwentySix
Good win for Kilgore. Chapel Hill appears to be struggling so I think Chapel Hill vs. Kilgore will be the 3rd place game in their district. Â Pine Tree is at a tough spot now. They head into the bye week on a 2 game losing streak which will more than likely lead to a 5 game losing streak as they take on the hardest district opponents 1st. Â I won't completely rule them out yet since Sulphur Springs isn't very good; but, Hallsville is a must win for Pine Tree if they want to even think about going to the playoffs. FootballFan17
Smith couldn't be stopped. Also Kilgore's o-line stepped up in the 2nd half and so did #12 Wood with some great downfield blocks on those touchdowns. Just need to cut the penalties and Kilgore will be a tough team.
