My God we ####, but if we win our final two games next month (home vs Panama, at T&T) we'll qualify. But to be honest, this was a bad team, and while qualifying results don't necessarily have anything to do with World Cup performance, it's hard to imagine they wouldn't have embarrassed themselves in Russia. Time for a lot of the old guard to retire and get out of the way and some younger gen to step up. Also time for the old guard coach to resign in embarrassment. Total failure on his part. Klinsmann is no doubt laughing his butt off. Gonna be a long four years. Final table: Mexico 21 Costa Rica 16 Panama 13 Honduras 13 US 12 T&T 6 Panama qualifies outright, Honduras has to win a two-legged playoff with Australia to get to the World Cup.
