Two undefeated teams with two weeks to prepare, should make for a great game. I think Newton has the edge over Crockett on offense and defense but I am bias. Crockett is playing good ball right now! There defense is only giving up 11 points per game on average and scoring 42 pts per game on average. I'm going with Crockett 31 Newton 28 in a nail biter! I think with the way Crockett has been playing defense this year they will be tough to beat. Newton is Newton and they look to be strong as ever. Newton has had the tougher road to 5-0 beating all bigger schools including 3 4a teams in which 2 will make the playoffs. Crockett rating comes down to two reasons, #1 they hung with Newton last year after Newton fumbled 8 times in a game where Newton had pretty much contriol of. #2 they advance to 4th round in the weakest part of the bracket last year .
