Considering there is substantial talk on the Carthage and Arp games it was a fair assumption. With Refugio's defense once they are up early it is very tough to get back into the ball game and then they use their big back and big offensive line to wear you down. It will be interesting to see how each team handles the cold. The one thing that makes me think Refugio control the game has been their ability to contain the run this year. Over the last 2 weeks they have faced two 2000 yard backs and held them both to under 50 yards. Also did the same to the back from Shiner that is committed to UTSA.
