No idea why he would have chosen WKU unless he just wanted to try and do the impossible and win at a non-power school or as others have mentioned, he got some great incentives from it.

This kid would not have been worth the effort at ANY school. Good riddance.

There could be an unforeseen consequence from Robinson's decision...

The NCAA has a monopoly as being a minor league training ground for the NBA. There have been a couple of kids that went to Europe, but it didn't pan out for many of them. IF this works out for Robinson, and he ends up being not only drafted, but a lottery pick, does this shake up potential recruits approach to the NCAA and the NBA?

Alot of coaches will have to adjust their recruiting styles (Coach Cal, Coach K come to mind as of now…more so Coach Cal)

Another angle...Adidas was decimated when LeBron chose Nike over them. Sales plummeted, and they fell off the map. Over time they have rebuilt, and recently jumped Jordan as the #2 shoe brand. I don't think they stick around there much longer...

Another angle...You think the Big XII dodged a bullet by not inviting Louisville? Can you imagine dealing with Baylor and then this? The Big XII would have folded...

Here is the Pat Forde article: https://www.yahoo.com/sports/ncaa-needs-give-louisville-basketball-death-sentence-bombshell-allegations-prove-correct-181930063.html
