Anyone could name you the father of their child, and collect if you're never served for a court appearance. I don't think the guy should have to pay, since it wasn't his child. Even if they were married, and it's found that the husband isn't the father of the child they shouldn't have to pay child support, unless they adopt the child and forgive their spouse. That's another law that's on the books in Texas. Why should someone be penalized for something they didn't cause ??? 2 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
