Yeah, he should be. According to Dave Campbell's passing records (which don't reflect this season yet), he should crack the top 10 in both yards and TD passes in a single season. That is - if playoffs are included in the season stats for those records. I actually don't know if they are or not. I don't think they do for NFL records, but i don't know about HS. He had 2 TD against Gunter and a little over 200 yards. He would be pushing 5,000 yards on the season and 63 TDs if playoffs are included. At the point in the Gunter game when they pulled their starters at the 9:27 mark of the 3rd qtr, he had 56 yards on 12 of 28 passing and 2 interceptions. No TDs. I picked them as 17 point favorites over Newton and Newton is a really good football club as well! Hate to see one lose.
