I dislike his policies to do with immigration, the environment, inclusiveness, health care, and foreign policy. But with the tech boom, came the tech bubble burst, but while it happened in 2000, it was blamed on Bush 2, not Clinton. I guess that makes 2 Presidents that got to blame Bush for everything. LOL.
