I would say the SEC projects at 10 arrests and 25 suspensions while the B12 will be looking at about 6 arrests and 20 suspensions... I expect most of the suspensions in the SEC this year to come out of College Station and Gainesville.

playactionpass39
I'm interested to see what happens with Graduate Transfers. With a number of high profile new coaches who need and are expected to win NOW, a Graduate Transfer or two could make a huge impact.

Depends. Mayfield is gone, and you could always count on him for at least one arrest per year.

Mr. P
In the extremely unlikely event that Rhule gets the Indy job, who do y'all think would be some candidates for the Baylor job?

Stoney
They went the young and up comer route with Rhule. I think Rhule is a good coach but he should have stayed at Temple over taking the wrong big job. Square peg in a round hole. This might be crazy but Baylor wants a guy with a high scoring offensive background. Texas ties would be a plus. A desire to prove another in state school wrong by letting him go. That right folks Baylor’s next coach will be Kevin Sumlin.

Don't know where talks are with that right now, would seem like a great fit.

Didn’t Baylor go like 1-27 in ‘17? Is that what the Colts are interested in?

trueblue82
For those of you keeping up, BAMA defense will look very different in ‘18, especially on the back end. Anthony Averett, Tony Brown, Levi Wallace and Hootie Jones will all graduate, and Minkah Fitzpatrick and Ronnie Harrison are virtual locks to declare for the NFL draft. That means the only returnee with any experience whatsoever is Deionte Thompson, who started the two playoff games after Jones was injured in the Iron Bowl. LBs Rashann Evans and Shaun Dion Hamilton will also graduate, and DL Da’Ron Payne has already declared for the draft. They appear to have quite a bit of depth in the front seven though, so that shouldn’t be much of a factor. The good news (depending on if you’re a fan or a hater) is that opponents will likely have to score a lot to beat them. QB Tua Tagaviola leads the best group of offensive freshmen in the nation. Three freshman WRs caught passes vs. UGA (Henry Ruggs, Jerry Jeudy, Davonte Smith) and Najee Harris was the leading rusher. Damien Harris, who has back-to-back 1000 yard seasons, announced today that he will return for his senior year. Freshman OT Alex Leatherwood filled in admirably for Jonah Williams, who many consider the best OL on the team. Williams will be a junior next year. Brian Daboll has to be licking his chops with the tools he has returning.

When u have the top ranked class for 6 years the only thing different about the defense will be the lettering on the back of the jerseys. Will not be drafted. Hell, he's a longshot to even make an NFL practice squad. I really don't understand his thought process. Who knows what will happen next season for UH? Kyle Postma could get injured, or have a terrible game and get yanked. Or maybe you work real hard this spring and beat him out. Who knows! But to try and enter the Draft as a backup quarterback on a 7-5 mid-major program... I just... whatever.
