I really don't understand his thought process. Who knows what will happen next season for UH? Kyle Postma could get injured, or have a terrible game and get yanked. Or maybe you work real hard this spring and beat him out. Who knows! But to try and enter the Draft as a backup quarterback on a 7-5 mid-major program... I just... whatever. The dude really screwed up when he left Sumlin... too much hype, unrealistic expectations from Dad (and even some Aggie fans), and the wrong transfer ruined his football career... but seriously, what happened to his "even better baseball skills?" Stoney
Let’s play devil’s advocate with Kyle Allen. 2014- takes over as a true freshman for Trill Hill and wins his first start on the road at #3 Auburn 2015- Kyler Murray gets told that Allen is the starter and will get spare playing time as the backup. Allen doesn’t have the pressure of being yoyoed back and forth as a starter to backup. We got off to a 5-1 start. Allen sits out the Ole Miss game with his shoulder injury, giving Murray a chance to game plan as QB1. A&M pulls out a close win to get to 6-1. Murray beats South Carolina to get us to 7-1. Murray’s magic runs out against Auburn and we sit at 7-2. Allen returns to get us to 9-2 against LSU to close out the season. Coin flip we’re 10-2 or 9-3. Bowl win gets us to 11-2 or 10-3. Murray transfers until he he can be drafted in the MLB draft. Sumlin uses the momentum of a 10 win season with UT going 5-7 to strengthen the WRTS movement. 2016- Allen is a junior enjoying the perks of being a 3 year starter in the SEC. We start out 6-0 again, lose a close one to Bama to become 6-1. We sweep the Mississippi schools and the OOC teams to sit at 10-1 with LSU coming to CS. Allen leads a shootout victory over LSU to bump his to 11-1 and a possible CFP berth. 2017- Allen comes back for his senior year. Off the backs of a 11 win season A&M is Top 5 Team so start the season. There’s no redshirt freshman QB starting the season. No true freshman QB expected to even touch the field. Allen finally beats Bama and has us at 8-1 after a loss to Auburn. We close out the season 11-1 with a win over LSU. We win the SEC, make the CFP, advance to the NC. Allen wins the Heisman. Lion70 gets arrested for breaking into the locker room at Kyle Field and getting caught rolling around in a pile of Aggie jerseys. WETSU is named the AD for life at A&M. Stoney gets put into Terrell or Rusk for this obviously crazy musings about what Kyle Allen coulda done for A&M and Sumlin.* * Not the worst bit of fiction produced on this site. Please see any of Lion’s projections or WestHardin’s political ramblings.

MrBuddyGarrity
Mekhi Brown, the Alabama player who went after a staffer on the sideline during the title game, is transferring to Tennessee State. https://t.co/0yCcT5IVfF https://t.co/UFtZWb1Ulz You may notice that is the school that had a player punchout a strength coach. Funny that he was planning on transferring before the Natty was played.
