WiseGuy
LE girls won first round game over Mabank PG girls lost first round game How did the other 2 playoff teams do?
Parisian
Atlanta and North Lamar both lost so L-E is the only team left standing. Girls basketball in this district has been pretty bad for the past 5 years.

flukeshot
Van won 58-35. This district really took it on the chin. PG even fell to 20 loss Canton in the 1/4 game. Brutal.
Parisian
Pretty weak showing. Paris and NL were down dramatically this year. The fact they finished 2-3 is testament to the district's strength. Paris played 4 sophomores this season and has a couple of outstanding classes coming up with the freshmen and 8th grade groups. The Cats will be back, maybe next year, for sure in a couple of years. Atlanta's going to bear watching next year with the drop to 3A.
