stevosev7
Not only in district with Argyle, Celina, Melissa, plus Sanger, Anna and rival North Lamar, but the Wildcats have defending state champion Pleasant Grove week 1, followed by 5A Terrell, 5A Mt. Pleasant and powerhouse Gilmer in their pre-district. Nothing easy about 2018 for Paris High.

PantherNation2015
Carthage’s schedule is pretty salty too. Collective records of opponents 83-41. 8 playoff teams including the 2017 4A D2 Champs Pleasant Grove.

ANTI
Either Horn or Clear Springs takes the cake statewide. East Texas, no doubt John Tyler. They dropped to 5A but that didn't stop them from scheduling 4 6A's. 6A Cedar Hill, who always has talent 6A Tyler Lee, which has been a tough game for them lately 6A Longview, who was a semifinalist last year, returning 14 starters. And it's at their house. 6A Euless Trinity, at their house and Trinity is state championship material in 2018. Props to JT for not taking the easy road and prepping the players. Thought Longview would do the same but, yeah.
Mavchamp
I don’t think Marshall has the toughest in 5A-DII But I feel like we have a schedule that will make us better. And probably among the best in the classification. A 4A state champion and perennial power in Carthage. A 6A semifinalist and perennial power in Longview. And an up and coming 6A Tyler Lee squad. Now to prove we can be competitive win or lose. Just get better
