Every owner in sports has other interests outside of Jerry. He has finally understood that it is better to strip it down for a couple of years, instead of battling for the eighth playoff spot. If he could improve during free agency, that would be great, but they struggle to attract the big names. That hasn't helped them at all, but give him time.
