Carlisle beat Palastine Westwood 2 to 1 in the controlled scrimmage and then beat them 27 to 6 in two live quarters. Put 20 points on them the first 7 minutes of the first quarter.

Heard we tryed for a 40 yard plus fieldgoal and came up a hair short ripper, was that the Startin kicker or the freshman backup?

Controlled

1st team

Cameron: 2

Madsionville: 0

2nd team

Cameron: 1

Madisonville 0

Live Red Zone Possession

Cameron Yoe 7, Madisonville 0

One Live Quarter (running 12:00 clock)

Cameron Yoe 7 Madisonville 0

Overall Scoring

Cameron Yoe 5-0 total touchdowns

Overall, dominant performance in terms of scoring.  Yoe running game was once again the big story.  Davion Bynaum probably had 125 yards rushing.  Simply put, if he gets in open space he will be gone (probably the fastest 3A player in the state).  Nico also ran over someone over for a score.  Defense did give up some runs but it was a bend but do not break and they avoided give up big plays.  All the quarterbacks played well.  The big key for this team, much like any other team, is to continually improve week to week.  We just did not get that last year.

Madisonville does appear to be young and a little undersized, but they are well-coached.

I heard from several people that Yoe was supposed to be down this year,  but this sounds like they're playing like their regular selves

SH. Tatum.
9th 3-3
Jv. 4-0
V. 3-1
Live. 14-21

Tatum had a ton more size than SH.

SH passing game looked good.

Tatum front 7 looked good.

We don't have a 9th and JV really. 45 freshmen and like 15-18 sophomores. There was a ton of freshman playing against the SH JV. Mostly freshman actually. Both QBs were freshman, every RB and 90% of the big linemen were freshman.  And the 2 tall receivers on varsity #8 Fite and #18 Boyd are freshmen. That freshman class is huge in size.

Malakoff Vs Rusk

Rusk 2-1 Koff

Rusk 0-0 Koff

2-0 in live quarter rusk wins.

Rusks D-Line completely overpowered our O line most of the game

Dont feel bad, we struggled a bit offensively against Rusk as well.

Maxpreps has them ranked 24 in 4a, and Mexia ranked 10 and spring hill ranked 18. I think Rusk is grossly underrated, spring hill is pretty underrated all odd they're losses were very close last year.  But if the rankings are correct,  Malakoff has hard road ahead of us in pre-district

Did yall scrimmage Spring Hill today Eagle8? How did they look

Controlled

1s - SH 2 - Tatum 1

2s - SH 1 - Tatum 0

2 live Quarters Tatum 21 SH 14

Spring Hill QB deadly accurate as a junior. 2 of his TDs were on WRs that were absolutely blanketed. And he threw dimes all evening. Very impressive WRs, line play isn't the strongest. Their run game has some growing to do but our front 7 are pretty solid on D.

We were a little rough at first, overthrown balls and some mental mistakes. Settled down later and look good on both sides of the ball. Mainly through the air on offense. Defensively i can't really say we looked bad, Gage White is just that good of a QB.

We did some good things lastnignt against Henderson and some stuff not so good but our young guys are growing up fast our defense was lights out. Me personally I think Henderson defense was better than Kilgore but their offense wasn’t but both will be very good

Was just getting on to ask some of the Gilmer fans what Henderson looked like compared to Kilgore. Haven’t heard much on what Henderson has coming back outside of Medford and Rose.

QB didn’t look bad but u know it’s hard to tell a lot of things when ur switching so many kids in and out but I do know they need to play the Keshawn kid more at running back

Something to look forward to.

 Tatum Freshman #16 stoodout.

Varsity #60 looked good.

Once y'alls QBs get their timing down, lookout.
