LoboFan07 Posted September 1, 2018 Author Share Posted September 1, 2018 Still updating records and such, but after a two pass TD night last night, Haynes has moved into 3rd all-time in passing TDs in a Lobo uniform. He's just two behind 2nd place Carlin Freeman. Quite a ways to go to reach the top spot, and would take an incredible amount to reach it this year. Marshall got away from a really good passing game that could have scored more on our defense. I think they wanted to see the run balance and know where they stand. Their D is sound but the running game of Longview will take its toll with their big back. Longview just mans up at halftime of most their games and seems to play at another level. That was a good Lufkin team that’s going to be there deep in the end. Marshall may can hang around a half with the Lobos on some big plays but the second half Longview will pull away. Marshall has the potential to put up some points but from what i saw last night i just dont think the Mavs can hang in the trenches. Lobos pull away in 2nd half. Hope im wrong...Go Mavs!! LoboFan07 Posted September 2, 2018 Author Share Posted September 2, 2018 Longview wasn’t ranked in 2015 when we met. I don’t have Marshall in the AP top 10 when we met in 2015 either.
