Mr. P Posted September 15, 2018 Share Posted September 15, 2018 I'm not out on a ledge like Quick, but I'm not ready to anoint this team either. We're still damned sloppy on both sides of the ball. Thankfully the talent advantage will allow us to overwhelm most of the teams on our schedule, but these boys are gonna have to tighten up over the next few weeks. I will say this, after listening to the Lobo radio broadcast, now I know why the Lobos have alot of fans at their games. I done seen this story too many times so I don't get overly optimistic about any Lobo squad. I fully support them 100% but, I have learned to look with a "third eye" and not the one y'all thinking about either. And Longview wasn’t running any complex play action plays and they were still lost lol. They been lost for three weeks.... and that weak zone we been running ain’t working either, king ate that for breakfast lunch and dinner all night.. just time for a new defensive coordinator it’s long over due... should’ve been done in 2011.
