Texas has played well today. It’s hard to imagine this is the same team that can lose to Maryland... They are going to be a 10 win team though. Such a huge turnaround from week 1.

This is why a lot of teams play cupcakes on first game. Teams are tired of hitting each other don't read keys correctly and just want yo run and bash someone. I think Herman comparing it to Mice and Men was a little over the top but I got what he was saying.

How can OU be that bad on defense?

AKA always told us. I didn't realize they were THAT bad. Today, they just give no effort whatsoever. It's painful to watch.

I generally don't call for coaches to be fired, but if Stoops has a job Monday, OU needs a new HC and AD lol

Is OU under Lincoln Riley in danger of becoming like Texas Tech...a team that can put up points but that does not play defense?

They're not in danger of becoming like that. They are like that.

Look at the Georgia game last year. They were all over them in the first half. But hten couldn't protect that lead.

I won’t be able to say this enough but...

This team scored TEN offensive points against Kansas State and then boom. Mike Stoops makes them unstoppable.

This is what happens when OU actually plays a defense.

I wish you could get Riley to answer some questions honestly.

like

”How does effect play calling to know that you have to legitimately score a TD every possession to win the game?”

”How can you continue to employ Mike Stoops?”

Things like that.
