October baseball is upon us. The best time of the year! What are your predictions?

ALDS

Yankees/A's vs Red Sox

Indians vs Astros

NLDS

Rockies/Cubs vs Brewers

Braves vs Dodgers

The National League appears weak to me. I got Red Sox/Braves in the WS with the Red Sox winning it.

Obviously I'm rooting for Astros.....but gut tells me:

Boston over the Yankees in 4

Astros over Cleveland in 5 in an all out war (50:50)

Boston over Astros (Correa & Altuve have not had the expected years)

_______________

Colorado over Milwaukee in 5

Dodgers over Atlanta in 4

Dodgers over Colorado

The Yankees scare me more than anyone. I think if we draw Boston, we are in good shape to advance. We match up extremely well with them, plus I think we are playing our best baseball this year, while they slid down the stretch.

Nobody in baseball is hotter than Christian Yelich, and he is driving that team right now. It is hard to bet against them right now. LA is too Jekyll & Hyde...

I agree. The Yankees are playing really good baseball right now.

A lot of hype around this Cleveland team right now. They are young and are two years removed from the World Series. I still take Houston in four games, but Cleveland could make this interesting. The have arguably the second best rotation in the AL and a power lineup. That said, I think they feasted on a weak division which inflated some of their numbers. Cleveland went 23-31 against teams with a record better than .500, compared to 68-40 against teams under .500.

Gimme Houston here and bring on the Red Sox...hopefully...
