I wish we could have held onto him, but it is obvious he is a hot commodity. The job hopping isnt good, but schools are after him, not him chasing the jobs

That's awesome for him! I have a buddy who has been a GA at Baylor for a little over 2 years, before that he was a GA at a D2 school for one. Just waiting on his opportunity. That's a tough grind but eventually it all ends up being worth it.
