Coach Surratt since he has been at Carthage is 46 wins 4 losses.

He has more state championship wins than playoff losses. 6 to 4

Not like it matters a whole lot but Surratt is 47-5 in the playoffs.

Something I always wondered but never asked.

Can a coach request home field for a playoff game or is that against the rules. I know first round is determined in the higher class and state championship obviously at Jerry world. If they flip their a coin and win could they technically use their field. I figured @Lobo07 or @MavGrad99 or somebody like that might know.

Yes but it is something if they meet again in playoffs the other team that loses coin flip gets to host the next playoff match up

Although his (Danaher) team did make the final in '05, a State Championship is something he hasn't been able to add to his portfolio ... yet ... it has always been tough to win it all coming out of the southern region ... who knows - maybe this is the year since 5A has finally been broken down into divisions, too ....
