Last time Longview visited Waco ISD...was on the exact day...in 2007..vs Pflugerville..

I hate playing in Waco. Other than like Tomball in 2010, we've had trouble there. Against South Garland in 03, Pflugerville in 07, Lake Travis in 08 and 09.

The team just doesn't play well there. Lots of turnovers, fumbles, etc. 😕 That said, we turned the ball over a lot and kept Vandegrift's offense in the game a lot with stupid penalties.... And still won by 28.

I mean I thought we played pretty well against Collins last year in Waco lol.

Meh. This team is different. Will be a great test against Westfield but we should beat this team that’s just as much struggling on offense as the Vipers were.

07..do you have any insight why we would be playing in such a small venue. Was this a lost flip or an agreed on place?

I’m gonna assume we lost a flip. I don’t think King wanted to go to Waco ISD

And, till this very day I stand by my statement that their tailback, Greg Nwoko was a grown man at 25 years old or older and when he got to the University of Arizona his old age and competition caught up with him. Now, again. That's MY story and I'm sticking to it!

I'm willing to double down on that sentiment as well. Someone like Brent Taylor and Johnny Vaughn (FOR WHAT IT'S WORTH) needs to tell John King that the Lobo fanbase isn't too happy with Waco, Texas whatsoever.

And, if you are losing coin flips at a rather disproportionate rate like you are, PLEASE for the Lobo Alum, Community and fans alike get someone else to flip for you and then we will just have to live with the results. Jesus Christ!!! And, I know it ain't JK's fault by any means but, DAMN!!! PLEASE, SOMEONE WITH SOME INTEL, PASS THIS ALONG TO HIM.
