Hookemhorns88
I am presently on a flight from SHV to ATL. Lee Smith is on my flight headed to Las Vegas as a part of his HOF acceptance. He lives in the SHV area. Big dude.
Stoney
I’m okay with Smith. If you were good enough to set a MLB career record, your Hall worthy to me. Now Baines? Since this was a veteran committee vote it makes you wonder if this wasn’t a one finger salute to the numbers guys in the sport now. Baines was a good but never truly great player. Longevity boosted his career numbers. This could lead to several guys like Mattingly, McGriff, Murphy getting in.
