Folks on social media claiming Herman will take swift action to his staff on the offensive side of the ball nearly immediately after the Tech game tomorrow.

We’ll see!

I dont think that's his call. I think that decision had already been made by his bosses. Its called an ultimatum.

Why would a guy leave Clemson to jump on a potentially sinking ship with Tom Herman?

Co-OC/WR coach could become sole OC for about double the pay.  Win-win situation.  He takes it and turns it around, he can land aHC gig.  If it doesn’t turn around it was a sinking ship and he’s still got his credibility that he’s built so far.  He’s not promoting at Clemson right now.  Some people want to move up

Keep winning at Clemson and he could get a HC gig anyways.

Herman needs to go to Carthage and learn how to develop an offensive game plan and how to coach and call plays in-game.

Definitely the recruiting part.

Last five years:

Texas has the top-ranked recruiting class in the Big 12, top ten in the nation, including one year ranked 3rd.

No Big 12 championships.

Alabama has had 46 players taken in the NFL Draft. Ohio State has had 40. Texas has had 13.

So what are they doing with all the talent they're talking into coming to Austin?

Its clearly coaching, no player development whatsoever, NONE, but there are several players wearing a Texas uniform that isn't D1 talent, why they got recruited idk, maybe its because someone put a 4 or 5 star by their name and said they're the one.
