we know that's rarely the case.  Today Mariano Rivera was inducted with 100% of the vote.  I can think of 30 players that should have went in with 100% of the vote, and didn't.  The first that comes to mind is Babe Ruth.  I could go on and on.

I’m beginning to become a believer in the one ballot system. Unlimited number of guys you can vote for but they are on the ballot once. Your either a HoFer or your not. Don’t get me started on Harold Baines being in the Hall.
