Crawford
Don't remember him back when he was playing, but heard a lot about him growing up. R.I.P.
DaveTV1
Bart Starr was one of the nicest men you could meet. I meet him in Hoover, Alabama and I took a double take and I said you're Bart Starr aren't you. He smiled, and extended his hand to shake. I talked to him about his playing days at Alabama and Green Bay. His days were before Paul "Bear" Bryant took over. I told him he was probably the main reason that "Dandy" Don Meredith retired early, and told him I was a big Cowboys fan, but I always liked him as a player and coach. He asked for my address, and two days later I received an autographed photo from him. He was truly a class act, and will be missed. Farewell Bart. 2

Troy Aikman- Bart Starr was a true gentleman and one of the kindest people I knew. I had elbow surgery following our ‘95 Super Bowl in Birmingham and Bart made a visit to the hospital. To this day, not sure how he even knew I was there. #ripbart
