Age group of old enough to know damn better. You kick him out of organized sports. You do that for however long it takes him to realize that’s assault then tack on a couple years.

Totally agree. He absolutely should be punished and then banned. And I'm not sure how the law works, but someone like the parents of this brat should be sued.

I guess that’s the only way he was gonna get a hit that day!!

 

horrible!! This is what happens when u pass out participation trophies and make everything special!! Kids don’t learn to take failure anymore.

Shouldn't matter (age-group).

He should be arrested and charged with Aggravated Assault (or Aggravated Battery in some states).  That bat is definition of a deadly weapon.

His parents pay 10,000 of thousands of dollars in direct and indirect cost of travel ball. So of course he is special.
