Chilton Pirates @ Cushing Bearkats

The offensive scheme will be much different for the Bearkats than this time last year when they met up with the Pirates in Chilton.  Minus the long drive this year, who knows what the outcome will be this time, knowing that there are a lot of unknowns about both teams.

Im gonna go ahead and take the Bearkats take by 14.

Has anyone heard how Chilton done on their scrimmages?

The ballgame showed the pains of running a new offense... we had a lot of yards on the ground... if I had to guess close to 300... but 7 turnovers will not get it done... 5 of them from mishandling handoffs on the counters involved in the slot T and versions of the wing T...  threw one touchdown pass but threw two interceptions one for a pick 6 in the second half... that’s all Chilton could muster....do t think Chilton had 20 yards in the second half... .. that was one good thing and they had more talent at the skilled positions... just can’t Give it back to them when you area about  to punch it in.

They will have to play defense like they did tonight in the second half and limit the turnovers and execute the wide open plays on the ground without putting it on the ground.

Young team... 2 seniors starting ... players playing both ways which is just the facts in 2A ball.
